Dumpster Express

1. Rental Agreement

By booking a dumpster with Dumpster Express, you agree to these terms. The standard rental period is 7 days from date of delivery. Extensions are available at $25/day and must be arranged before the scheduled pickup.

2. Prohibited Materials

The following materials are strictly prohibited: hazardous waste, paint and solvents, motor oil, propane tanks, tires, batteries, refrigerants, asbestos, and biohazardous materials. Disposing of prohibited materials results in additional fees and the customer assumes all legal liability.

3. Weight Limits & Overage

Each bin size includes a specified weight allowance. Loads exceeding the limit are charged at $75 per ton. Customers will be notified before additional charges are applied.

4. Property Damage

Dumpster Express places protective boards under all bins. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to driveways or surfaces. The customer is responsible for ensuring the placement location is suitable for a loaded dumpster.

5. Cancellations

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 trip fee if a truck has been dispatched.
